In the beginning versus you mentioned, relying on God's Providence, reminded me ...once someone asked Mother Theresa how she will have the money to do all her work ....and she replied with confidence...my God has lots of money, He is very rich. In our times very few beleive in the wrath of God.Famine, landslides, Tsunami all are related to climate change according to them. You mentioned the gap between God and His people have extended...which brings to my mind, today Jesus is standing in that gap and thats the only reason a sinner like me is alive.
Your words protect your mind, where the mind goes the man follows👏👏👏 .
Today as we read in this chapter, false prophets ....now a person will read the Bible interpret the way he or she feels and starts something they call a church.Even if they start with the Love of the Lord ultimately some falls pray to the root cause of all evil..money💰 .
I get these thoughts sometimes...in the old Testament it was voice of the Father God always.Then God kept saying my people have sinned, even then He kept saving them. At one point I feel eventhough He saved His people He stopped addressing His people I feel...and the only way now He speaks to us is through the the word which became flesh...Jesus Himself.Thousand of people speak now about their encounters with Jesus, but we have no more the burning bush experiences with the Father.So it is absolute truth...there is no other name under heaven by which we can have salvation other than by the name of Jesus Christ❤❤❤.Thank you Father Warner.

Thank you Fr Warner for your wonderful explanation of chapter 14 of the prophet Jeremiah making it so easy for us to comprehend. May we learn not to let our egos be bloated with pride and to rely on our own standing. Give us your grace Abba Father to trust completely in You alone, You who are in control of everything, yet always hoping through chastisement that we will come out of our wicked ways and return to you completely in deep sorrow for our sins and transgressions. Thank you Fr. Warner. These chapters in Jeremiah remind me so much of our world today. We have sinned that we keep getting unusual natural calamities, we keep hearing the prosperity gospel as opposed to repentance, what is good is considered evil and what is evil is considered good.
May God have mercy on us 🙏
