Fun fact: He based the spelling off a Final Fantasy VIII creature referred to as a Guardian Force called Quezacotl. Legend has it that the game devs had to shorten its name from Quetzalcoatl (the actual spelling of the Aztec deity) to Quezacotl due to character limitations of early video games. Just like Joel had to with his name: deadmouse to deadmau5 in online chatrooms, etc.

I have a 3 year old son who finds comfort listening to Deadmau5. It relaxes him.

He has his own noise cancelling headphones and will listen to Deadmau5 for days.

My heart is full knowing he loves Joel's music. When I showed him this song; he knows that special sound, and he instantly knew who it was and started dancing.

I'm raising a die-hard deadmau5 fan, and give you the most utmost respect for giving my son a level of joy no other toy would come close to.
