ZEISS showcases its latest metrology solutions with 'ZEISS Quality Suite' at IMTEX 2024

From 19th to 23rd January, 2023, at BIEC Bangalore, ZEISS opens up their stall showcasing the latest metrology solutions for Metal Forming community at IMTEX Forming 2024. As the exhibition inaugurated today, you can see Mr. Dhavan, CFO of ZEISS India inaugurating the ‘ZEISS pavilion’ and Mr. Aveen Padmaprabha, Business Head – Industrial Quality Solutions inaugurating Scanbox 5 series for the Forming community. ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions expands its range of optical 3D measuring machines by the new model series ZEISS ScanBox Series 5. In the new series, the proven technological concept of automated ZEISS ScanBox systems is complemented by attractive improvements such as an optimized robot module and a rotation table with a load capacity of up to two tons.

ZEISS ATOS 5 is also at display. The ATOS 5 high-speed 3D sensor allows complex parts made of different materials such as plastic, metal or cast iron to be digitized and inspected in the shortest possible time. With each measurement, the optical sensor captures the entire surface geometry as well as hole patterns and other characteristics of the part. The product is also available at ZEISS demo centre in Bangalore.
