Compress before the Gate, or Gate before Compression?

In this tutorial I'm looking at the question : When I am using a Gate and a Compressor... Do I need to Gate first, or compress first?
Once we understand how they work the answer is actually quite simple since both processors 'work' on the dynamic content.
