With a budget spanning from $400,000 to $450,000, the couple have different preferences which include a modern interior, gaming loft, neighborhood amenities, and a 2-story foyer. Will they find a home that satisfies both of their needs?

I've moved to Nowhere, USA and cannot have cable TV. I do have wifi and it dawned on me this evening that maybe HGTV had a channel on YT and my favorite series, House Hunters, would be on it. Yes and yes!! The icing on the cake? That the first show I clicked on was watching this fabulous couple! I'm so happy for this family and wish them many, many happy and memorable years.

I loved this couple! Mom is beautiful, chic, and very loving / respectful to her husband. Hubby's got style, works hard, is very committed to his family, and VERY respectful and loving to his wife. Often through this home buying process you see couples spar and try to shut each other down. Here, not one eye roll between them. Loved their home choice, too. Best of luck Steven & Jessica!

Lovely and loving couple. The producer pushed the wife a bit too much about emphazising her prom ideas but, hey, it is a scripted „reality“ show and I take it in stride. I wish them many, many happy memories in their new home. Keep safe, you all out there, and healthy.

Why I love watching these videos and know that they are doing it for the cameras and production - it rubs me wrong when these couples have freaking complaints about everything. It's a seller's market - you're living in a 2 bedroom apt with 3 kids - you should be thrilled with anyone of these homes.

I believe the producers add spiciness to the show by having the spouses push for different things in a home. Because they think agreeing on everything is boring. This makes people pick sides for ratings! But I love when they’re on the same page. I guess I’m boring!😂😂

What a great house, especially for that neighborhood, yard and lot size, and amenities, love the tennis courts! Getting it at 385k is an excellent deal! The mother is absolutely gorgeous, loved her blue dress and green dress! It was fun watching them choose a home, as they both had great taste. I loved how the couple respected each other's views and opinions. It was cute seeing the children choose the colors for the upgrades they'll make. How adorable. What a wonderful episode. Thank you for featuring this adorable family.

While i liked the 4th house for being uo to date and having the 4th bedroom, i would go with the 2nd house especially for the backyard, amenities and potential to transform the inside of the house to suit me. As the saying goes, you can change a house but not location. Also i like that the 2nd house has a 3rd bathroom wheras the 3rd house had 2 for its 4 bedrooms plus a half bath.
