I forgot how much early 2000s Disney films liked to experiment with the intro

Personally I wish they’d do this for all their modern movies; a unique opening sequence and theme for each different one given their respective themes

I remember how blown away my siblings and I were when Pirates 2 was released in theaters and we saw the CGI logo for the first time.

I adore the Coco one. When I watched the movie at the theater with my mom (we're mexican) I heard her gasp audibly. She had the biggest smile on her face, and it was just the begining of the movie. The music is so beautiful.

How interesting that cult classic "The Black Cauldron" was the first Disney movie to use the classic White Castle on blue background intro?

15:52 Maleficent
16:41 Cinderella
18:52 Beauty and The Beast
All the princesses live-action movie use their own castles as the logo (Aurora, Cinderella and Belle) instead of using Cinderella's. Love the attention to details ❤️

I really love how erie a lot of these can be, even for generally lighthearted movies. The Atlantis variation gave me chills, and the variation for the most recent pirates of the Caribbean movie was very ominous and didn't even use the big half circle that usually flies over the castle. It's amazing

Bruh I get chills every time I see the Tron: Legacy Disney intro. The way the lights seem to pan up to create the Grid's version of the castle is awe inspiring. It makes me feel like the Grid could potentially have created a second copy of the castle!

I love how nostalgic these feel. Like I didn’t expect to get all mushy gushy over a bunch of movie intros but here I am; especially the sequel ones and DCOMs brought me back to watching these as a kid. Really wish they still did these honestly

Imagine they made a post apocalyptic themed film and you just hear nothing in the intro. Just a dried wasteland with a abandoned castle

It was better when it said "Walt Disney Pictures" instead only "Disney"

It’s hard to imagine all of the job hardship, bad decisions, and scrutiny from Disney when their films, cinematography, and general concepts are as beautiful as each of these intros.

Princess and the Frog should have used the White Castle logo to further pay homage to the 90s animated movies it’s inspired by

I have so much nostalgia for the all CGI intro because it really incapsulates what I thought Disney World was like when I was little.

I remember when I saw the Enchanted Logo for the first time when I was young, I wasn’t expecting it to lead into the castle, it made me so happy 😂
