my gitlab runners runs as pods on kubernetes, i want to monitor wait time build times of runners, how do i do that?… can you explain in details

I doubt I’ll get an answer here but I’ll try anyways. Gitlab docs don’t explain well what it’s needed to set this monitoring up. Do I need Prometheus and grafana containers or just grafana? Can you please share some tips how to set this up? Thanks.
