My theory is that the game was a lot like suicide squad and they're reworking the whole game due to the backlash Suicide squad received

My theory is the main reason why they're not showing anything abt Reactivate and are being silent is because they're revamping the entire game after backlash from other recent live service games like Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and the upcoming Assassin's Creed: Shadows and Star Wars: Outlaws. If that is the case, then they could drop the live service element and just focus on making it a true TF game for everyone to enjoy

I hope this doesn't become a fate that repeats once and once again, we almost had Transformers Universe a decade ago, now there's this new great idea of a game and it could be cancelled too?? Going to place my hopes down at the moment on transformers videogames

I really don't want Transformers Reactivate to get Canceled as much as everyone wants it to since they're losing hope in this Game so in conclusion, It’s not getting Canceled.




I think that some Remasters of WFC and FOC would keep everyone Occupied until we get Reactivate.

As someone who has worked on a ton of different independent productions I can tell you that it really is no walk in the park, usually you’ll have to be paired up with a whole group of people and many of them will have different ideas on how their final production should be like. Everything from the animation, the script and even the casting can take months and even years, not to mention it’s even more stressful if you get given a deadline. So hearing hearing the production span of Transformers Reactivate makes me feel bad for the people at Splash damage, who are most likely being told by hasbro many different ideas for how they want this next transformers game to be. I really wouldn’t be surprised if the game was delayed at best, or just flat out cancelled either.

The toys, while awesome, are a pretty solid indicator that this game was going to be launched as a Games as Service game like Suicide Square or the Marvel game. That could be an indicator as to why there is a delay as they rework the entire game to strip the live service out.

I also think a problem is that they updated their website, removed part of it, and unlisted the trailer. So with them removing so much of it, it feels like they want us to forget about it and erase it. But that makes us more worried of it being cancelled. I think the best to do is to make a video or a post assuring people it hasn’t been cancelled and maybe drop a poster or art or something for us to see. Usually when they start removing stuff from the public, thats when things become very worrying.

After the diasater of the Suicide Squad game, they're trying rework the entire game. Although, that's just my theory.

I'm pretty sure the toys got released because somebody had leaked them out of Asia and was scalping them for $100 for an individual figure on ebay. I know I saw Optimus and Soundwave on ebay. But usually when toys leak like that, they release them early.

I hope it doesn't get canceled.. like we finally get a game that has Knockout in it and just so many other transformers that we only see in comics. I really hoping for something at the end of the year

I think they should skip the professional announcements and just embrace a meme and say out loud "let us cook"
If they just said those 3 words literally the community might respect it more.

The truth is that Hasbro hired the cheapest studio they could find to make this game, which ended up being under-qualified for the task. Same reason why the Netflix series ended up the way it did.

I mean, this thing started as a Certain Afinity project. Like really? They’re a supportive studio, they’re the ones you hire to alleviate SOME of the jobs for the main studio making the game, NOT TO MAKE THE WHOLE GOD DAMN

This would be the equivalent of you opening a small repair shop and then one day freaking Ferrari hires you to develop their new F1 car from scratch.

My question is why did they go the extra mile to remove the trailers from socials? That was the biggest red flag to me. Of course, I’m still holding out hope, but it just isn’t looking too great, ESPECIALLY because of the removal of the trailer. That concerns me.

Transformers reactivate looks like a Transformers version of War Robots, and it just looks different enough that people won’t see it as a rip off.

this actually happens in the gaming industry all the time. Especially with the smaller companies. They'll have a hype man, usually an executive, that'll promise the world. The developers, the actual people who make the game, will then say they don't have the time or resources to deliver all of that. So then the game is delayed and has to be scaled back and refocus. This game should have been a free-to-play mobile game. But the hype man got to somebody at Hasbro and they were convinced to sink time and money into a toy line, full scale video game and who knows what other projects they had in the works

Was gonna gripe how I was concerned they were trying to make some massive online type deal, but hearing UE5 is a thing doesn't boad well in and of itself 😂
