As someone who went from being 250 to 157, i will say i am much happier now but the amount of criticism and bullying i recieved when i was bigger took a huge toll on my mental health that still haunts me even though im at a healthy weight. if you really care about a persons wellbeing in terms of weight, always encourage, and if that person isnt ready to make healthy choices, its not your place to tell them otherwise because theres always something deeper going on. videos like these are very inspiring and if this woman can go from the brink of death to enjoying exercising it shows anyone can.

Celebrate this woman!!! I'm 200lbs and starting to experience some health concerns.... Renewing my recently cancelled gym membership friday (realized concerns a week after cancelling) and sitting in a massage chair after a workout as I type. Seeing this has inspired me to keep going, even though I may not be entirely motivated to do it sometimes.
