If he is an American citizen and he is doing this, you need to approach the American Embassy, there are things you can do. Contact the American Embassy, Kenyan authorities will do nothing but there are other ways to go around this. If he is a businessman in the US, his customers can all be contacted noone wants to be associated with a thug. One thing you need to do is keep proof of everything, names of those thugs, get photos if you can. Whatever damage he has done, take photo's, where ever you are seating, sleeping if on the floor, take pictures as proof that he has taken everything. If he is an American, please disclose his name and the state he is living in.
