Please tell me how to improve my grip enough to hold this! I'm a bigger guy but I really want to stay connected through my pull ups

Yeah I think so. Although all these videos are geared towards kipping. I want to know what a strict pull up should look like too

Do you know if this type of grip would be appropriate when rowing? Either on the ergo or in the boat?

Does this grip also apply for strict pullups?

How can I use this grip without tearing up my hands? Does it have to do with grip strength?

Quite a few reasons, actually. One; globogyms have about a 13 percent active participation rate. Second, globogyms are free for all; come on in, make yourself comfortable, work on your strengths and let your weaknesses palsy, we certainly won't spend our own time programming to keep you challenged. Third, you will likely have not just a trainer with you at a CrossFit box, but the owner, which means your success affects his or her success. It's why boxes have a 95 percent success rate.

When rowing you are meant to hold the blade only in your fingers so you can roll it without moving your wrist, I apply this to an erg as well as there is no reason not to.

It's expensive because of his education and notoriety. It's expensive because you will become one of the better more knowledgeable more flexible Crossfitters out there. It's expensive because it fuckin works!!

They mixed up their internal/external rotation of the shoulder a bunch of times. I'm going to try the hook grip nonetheless. you cant put kipping pull ups and perfect form pull ups in the same breath. Kipping pull ups will defect joint, tendons and ligaments overtime especially if overly trained as cross fitters do. Cross fit is a great way to blow cash and hurt yourself. Perfect form pull ups (having already built joint integrity as a pre-requisite) will always develop optimal gains all around!

Think about how much money people spend on personal training though. It's like 40-50$ an hour with a decent one, so all of the sudden 150$ a MONTH doesn't seem so bad. It all depends on the quality of the coaches though in my opinion. Bad coaches and the money isn't worth it. 200$ a month to train with K-Star every day I would say hell yeah!

i just want to know why your crossfit gym cost sooo much for membership, ive been watching your videos for quite a while and you might be the most knowledgeable coach to teach crossfit in the world, but $150 - $200 a month is fuckin expensive if you ask me, just to train OUTSIDE...
