Well one tip I learned from my ice cream job is to build the ball in the tub and its okay to overflow the scoop because you are trying to get the most ice cream in the least amount of time. Depending on how many ounces they are telling you to give depending on the size of the cup/cone

Bro who got fired, i'll not be suprised at all. I went on this video, because i have trouble to make a proper scoop in self-service restaurant, if i have to serve the people i would be fired for 100%

Yeah this good for easy to scoop ice cream but u should really be using two hands or switching off if u scoop a lot like me or else your gone end up messing up your wrist especially when scooping ice cream that’s damn near ice this method is only gonna be your downfall in the end
