I really appreciate how you acknowledged those with genuine church hurt. I grew up in a very hypocritical, judgmental, and hurtful Christian environment as a Pastor’s child. Because of that I have a hard time feeling safe and vulnerable in the church but I have slowly begun to let my walls down again to reintroduce myself to God’s glory and teaching myself his intentions for my life haven’t been lost or mistaken. I had to go through all of what I did to get to where I am now and I know his healing will allow me to be a servant of his word and his spirit.

Thank you for making the distinction between prideful church hurt and real church hurt. It’s an important distinction that needs to be made. We must heal those who have been wounded by the devil in the church, while lovingly calling out those that have been wounded by their own pride and lack of accountability.

Nah this ain’t it, Christ said what he speaks is “spirit”. He also said he doesn’t dwell in temples made by man’s hands. U can have a church with a congregation of 1, 000 “members” but if they don’t have the Holy Spirit it’s not church. Christ said beware of man for a reason. Bc man wanna follow traditions more than Christ & that’s 90 to 95% of churches today. Just like the false doctrine of tithes today smh it wasn’t about money lol but guess who made that up? “Man” the same ppl he told us to stay away from 🤣 Listen if Christ bless u to be able to find a “true Bible believing church” then more power to u. But most people nowadays don’t have that luxury. Christ said “be” the church, Not “go” to church. God bless u all.

"Church hurt". I've never experienced it, Although, I have experienced some hurtful things from 'CHURCH FOLKS'.
So! For this reason my belief in church hurt is on a very low scale to bring non existent. For those who may feel otherwise, even Ms. Tytus2, may God heal you all from that hurt.
