Guided Meditation Ask And You Shall Receive

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Here we will open ourselves to receive. Much of what we do with meditation and prayer is asking. But we must put ourselves in a state of receiving.

Here I put you in a relaxed state and put you in the state to ask and to receive.

A few months ago my life was completely different, although I was on my spiritual path, i hadn’t really understood how to bring my hearts desires to reality. I came across this mediation before going to bed I listened to it and I felt so so motionless. Your voice is so comforting . When I got to the part of talking to god and telling him abt my worries ( which sacred me to say them out loud) I sobbed and sobbed and sobbed. But then I felt safe that I said them and I heard them, then your voice saying I am safe. NOw I am wide awake :-) need to scroll and look for something to make me fall asleep. The k you so so much. Clearly it was meant to be listened to during the day and not in bedtime. It was worth it though
