I used to Live in South Croydon. CR2 6DA. We sold the property in 2001 for 300k and it’s worth 850k now. Prices have sky rocketed. However I don’t know if that is pre or post COVID numbers.

Great video, I used to live in Crystal Palace and moved to Newcastle Northern Ireland and our house only cost £127, 500 for 3 bedroom, downstairs toilet, big garden back and front, drive way to fit 2 vehicles and the view outside is of the mourne mountains
