In this video, we are going to solve a Boyles law practice problems. We will be using the P1V1 = P2V2 Boyle's law formula to solve this Boyles law practice problem. The formula requires the unit for both pressures, P1 and P2 to be the same. Since the question gives the pressure in 2 different units, we will be doing pressure conversion first, before applying the Boyles law formula.
Here's the boyles law practice problems we are going to solve:
A 1.50 liter flask is filled with nitrogen at a pressure of 12.0 atm. What size flask would be required to hold this gas at a pressure of 1520 Torr?
