I just wanted to add that I love your runthroughs...I watch marathons of them like some people watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians...I watch them to see the mechanics of a game before I decide to buy it and so far I've been happy with every game I purchased based on that.

I prefer the combat in the 2e than the 3 or 4. I wonder why they took out the dice mechanics.

Regarding the train die: It's worth noting that rolling a 1 isn't the same as "walking" (moving by road) because the road and rail lines are different.  Sometimes (though certainly not always) even just a 1 on the rail die might be able to get you to a spot that would take you more than one move by road.

I'm pretty sure they filmed those Malta scenes in Malibu or some other Southern California coastal region. I live in SoCal so the surroundings looked fairly familiar.

You played with the cards face up for the heroes which I get, I just thought it worth mentioning that Mina Always place with one of each card face up due to being bitten. She doesn't suffer from the +1 in combat like you mention but still suffers from face up syndrome.

Hi, Rick! QUESTION: How do you manage to play solo, when this game is not truly intended for solo play? I'm intrigued, because I'm primarily a solo player, I own the 3'rd edition of the game, and having a hard time trying to remember every detail as I play. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated, please!
