I’m Dr. Dana Brems, also known as Foot Doc Dana. As a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), I treat everything from trauma including broken bones, other sports injuries, foot wounds, calluses, thick or ingrown nails; you name it! Being a #doctor is a serious job, but we can have a lighthearted side too. That's why I created this channel- to make medical themed #shorts videos for fun, while also helping to answer your questions.

I’ve been able to do this since I was a kid. It’s mildly painful and makes your vision blurry, but doesn’t really have any adverse side effects if used responsibly. I always used it to freak people out as a kid.

Edit: a surprising amount of people are taking issue with me calling it painful. I guess that was the wrong term.

It’s uncomfortable, and becomes mildly painful if I do it too much in a short amount of time.

It's like those traumatizing meme animations when the character starts doing this-

This happens after I go on roller coasters. “My mom thought I was having a seizure” 😭

i can do it! :D

how to do it:
you need to know how to cross your eyes(if you cant: put yiur finger on your nose and stare at your finger, record this, or ask someone if your eyes are crossed. Once you've done this, try doing it without the finger by staring at your nose)

then try shaking your head(not important, but if this is your first time, do it)

then very quickly force your eyes to be crossed again.

if your vision makes it look like your surroundings are vibrating, You've done it!

if it doesnt shake then you arent one of the 8% :(

I do that! It freaks my friends out, so when they annoy me, I stare at them and do it till they stop 😅
