I just recently bought a Bad Boy ZT Elite 48”. It took me over 2 years to decide on the right machine for my application. I did my homework on many different manufacturers and chose Bad Boy for several reasons. One being customer service. In my opinion it’s impeccable. I had an issue with a brand new machine, after owning it for 3 weeks and using it to mow my two acres twice, I was told to return it to my dealer for an exchange . They transferred my warranty no questions asked.
I chose the 48” deck because it had the same HP engine as the 54” and 60” in that particular model. The deck is about an inch taller and the power to width is higher for the type of mowing I do in my yard and around the ranch. Some vegetation is taller than normal yard turf and is heavier stemmed.
I’m extremely happy with the result and quality of the machine. It’s tough and rugged and preforms excellent.
Some might say I should’ve bought a commercial unit for my application but they aren’t on my budget. I wanted quality for the pricing I could afford.
I’m proud to buy a product made with employee pride and built in the USA. Other machines are made in the USA but not for the quality and price range.
