Literally just had this conversation with my husband, like an hour ago. He shows no interest in my spirituality and often insults or belittles when I talk about it. I told him when it’s his time to face God I want him to know I already forgive him. I want his happiness but not at the expense of my own. It’s up to him if he wants to truly commit to me and hear me when I try to communicate with him (after 7 years of marriage you think that would be a no brainer...) I believe he is a soul mate so the bond and love I have for him is very strong, but after meeting my twin who literally parallels my life and my energy... he showed me the depth of love I have to give and I know it is worthy of appreciation and reciprocal love and encouragement.
