Is it only possible to stream media from another country using the slower DPN full mode or is it possible with the DPN smart mode too somehow as I haven't been able to do that with the smart mode at all but the full mode slows down the internet to a crawl and not acceptable for most other normal internet use?

I just set up the pico (virtual wire mode option between my modem and router)..I tested my ip address before adding and after and it's the same/ unchanged and can't access a BBC streaming website in the uk still whilst in the US whether in dns smart mode or putting into dns full mode and restarting my browser..(I already added the North Europe United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland tunnel).. what am I doing wrong/ how can this be fixed please? Thanks for any help as so far it's not working as advertised. It's also less than halved my internet speeds (from 200mbps to 90mbps) I have without it connected.. is there any way to improve this? Thank you

Hi I have some issues with my device. I wrote an E-Mail about this and I hope this time I will get a response.
I wrote one last week and didn´t get a response. I want to make a video about deeper on my YouTube channel this week, so helping me with my issues will be good Promo for the project.
You will recognize my E-Mail from the title.
This is my problem:
it seems my deeper connect mini doesn´t work properly.
I have 0 connections to Australia(and a lot of other countries) most of the time.
I thought this was normal, but an admin in the telegram group told me that this is not normal.
I tried all the basic stuff (restart, firmware update etc.)
