Job search coach: Should I re-apply

Показать описание
I would encourage you first and foremost to reach back out to that recruiter and get some feedback if possible.
the second piece would be connecting with that recruiter and asking them if there's any other opportunities that align with, you know, x, y, z that you're looking for.
and I would say if you do see your role, even if it's a few months down the line, reach back out to your recruiter and let them know, hey, I'm really interested, and a lot of times that can kind of kickstart the conversation again.
I would not encourage you to like, apply, apply, apply, apply to the same company or to the same job.
You know, just don't ever get discouraged. There will always be a perfect opportunity for you. So it's important that you learn from the feedback. Again, ask the recruiter as much as possible
And like you said, persistence is all about persistence.
It also shows your dedication. And who knows, you might just be the perfect fit next time.
