Tbh when im overlord I always keep my range against fighter and the reason why is because once they come close the drones they destroyed can recover and hit the fighter so this causes the fighter to panic and boom you've killed them

this is my overlord build:

Health and B.D. is pretty useless if you are fighting a fighter, cos they'll just charge at you. But my strategy is to scatter the drones away (but not to far) from you in all directions, and if he's close to that radius, press auto fire and surround the fighter with your drones. This strategy I made up is still in test, but here are the tips I'll share in this channel:
1.Fighter has those barrels in all direction, so keep in mind that always make your drones close enough to protect yourself from incoming bullets.
2.I think 'The Claw' strategy is a bad idea if the drones are too far from you when you're fighting rammer tanks/Fighter.
3.Always go for the side cannons if your fighting Fighter with a medium B.D. and Health (also a lot of reload and damage) coz the side cannons are weaker than the main cannon.
4.A good timing is really important here.
So I hope these tips will help you guys defeat the counter attacks of the Fighter. (＾ω＾)

TBH its impossible to kill a Fighter with ol if you have low reload. And I consider myself good at ovelord, it's just not possible.
