I love the background of your video and I know you can alter the colours as desired. A common mistake that I noticed a few times was untidy cabling!

Not purchasing shielded cables from the beginning.
Putting up with unshielded cables for over the year has made my hearing sensitive to any kind of unwanted noise!
90% of my cables are now shielded and not only is my room almost silent but my ears are a lot more happier too 🥳

I really do like the new format! My only suggestion would be to maybe match your shirt better with the background. The mob mauve colored shirt didn’t look super good with the orange, I would maybe suggest black, white or perhaps green. It’s not really a big deal, just a suggestion. Keep up the good work, bro!

My biggest mistakes (1) relying only on stereo speakers for movies and (2) not focusing on speaker placement, towing and ear level.

Once I corrected those, it made all the difference in the movie experience

I agree with most of what you said, except the last one. Rather than people not having enough power, I see more people buying additional power for the AVR unnecessarily. They haven't done the math to consider their preferred listening level, their distance from their speakers, how sensitive their speakers are, and how much power their AVR is able to supply. More often than not, if you do the math (the actual mathematical calculation to determine the number of watts you need), additional / external power is not required.

No. 2 doesn’t apply to me. I have a dedicated space, and I decide what goes into it. She just enjoys the benefit of my decisions. She takes care of everything computer based and IT, and I take care of everything audio/video in the house. We compliment each other!

Center channel too low. The most important speaker in the entire system needs to be close to ear level. Voices should not be firing at your knees.

For my streaming device I always use cable network instead of WiFi so I can get the best fast speed possible

As far as your setup, I thought moving to the UST projector was a smart move! I believe you addressed that your center channel is low. Someone made a comment about that, it shouldn’t be firing at your knees. Do you feel like the dialogue is coming from the screen? Just curious.

Will you do a review on clipping? I've seen videos of "rolling off" but what can I do to adjust this...i.e., the gain knob, the EQ, level, CRS???

When the max Hz is reached then there's roll off...helps me not in understanding what to do in adjusting clipping?
