This that soundtrack to stand on business. God imagine some ufc nobody walking out to this and absolutely destroying his opponent to then stay stone cold silent in the celebration. Ong whoever made this wanted us know what it feels like to have conquered hell. Samurai champloo is absolutely goated. Don’t care what anybody says. Don’t care about power systems, about world building, about character development. What watanabe, nujabes and all the others have created here has yet to be matched. Nothing comes close to this amount of detail, das execution and style.

this is the middle part of the song, the original track is split into three parts. this part has been famously sampled quite a lot. unfortunately the full song Kismet was on youtube until a few months ago, when I went to look for it and it was gone. probably due to some licensing issue. which is a shame because it's a very rare track and a banger too
