When your hips come foward, is it basically the same as hitching a. Deadlifts? (i know your are supposed to avoid hitching on deadlifts so perhaps i am not allowing my self yl do it as an over correction)

I’ve seen some people not drive knees forward until bar is mid thigh and then other drive as soon as bar is above knees. What’s correct?

I like doing the power clean since it builds my back and leg strength, however my leg strength aint it i'm not strong enough there

Do people not hit their junk a lot when bouncing off the hips? When they first learn at least. Looks like a dangerous area. I see some people do the contact at their kid or upper thighs

A did everything what I saw but I dont feel perfect contact barbell with my thight. Only with barbell is ok. But with some weight I only slide barbell with my thight (I don't feel cick) and can't fell how the barbell rise up. How it is possible? Where is a mistake? I train this so long with no results

This is how I teach it. But how come I see other coaches teaching it differently? I’ve seen coaches teach it where the athlete just cleans the bar up to the collar bone without dropping the hips, it looks like a reverse power curl. Why do they do that?

what body part is moving the knees back under the bar when it's above the knee? it feels awkward to me

All this cleaning and to my own surprise my house is still dirty

It appears that there is a split second of lost or less back/lat tension right before or just as the bar breaks the floor. Can you please comment on this!?

Wouldn't it hurt the collarbone when it lands?
