Indiana grandfather to plead guilty in toddler's death

A South Bend grandfather has reached a plea deal that will keep him out of prison after accidentally dropping his granddaughter out of an open cruise ship window. He faced charges of negligent homicide, but the family blamed the cruise ship company for opening the window.
