Regal and the other NXT backroom staff and trainers should be hired and given ROH by Tony to run, they have shown they can run a successful wrestling organisation, they can develop talent and they will at least knw that talent they develop will not be drastically changed once they move to the bigger shows.

So ROH is basically gonna be Tony's version of NXT 1.0...it's a good idea, I thought he was gonna by Imapact awhile back but this makes more sense in the current climate won't be long before we get an AEW streaming service

Am I crazy to think and hope that this is their "brand split" in the sense that they use ROH as a second "brand" to use everyone in the large and evergrowing roster?
