Love your final comments. I became a track rat after owning this car...

This is a future legend. Every time you accelerate through the rev range the sound triggers the memory of Corvettes at Le Mans. Such great memories. LT1, Tremec 6060, magnetic shocks, 305 rears, are you kidding me? How could this get any better? Ymmv and is irrelevant 😁

Correction...the Mustang GT PP2 is targeting the Camaro SS 1LE, unsuccessfully so I will add.
That Camaro sounds good all the time, ranging from an annoyed bobcat at idle to a raging mountain lion in an instant.
It is ferocious beast and one that I must simply get my hands on.

Very good review this car is great for canyons as well. The alcantara is looking new after 2 years so far. These are very reliable and strong low end torque over the stang. Great vid!

2018 2SS 1LE owner here, great review guys! I've taken mine to 14 track days - the SS 1LEs will take hard lap after hard lap at the track and never complain. GM got the cooling and mechanics *right* on this car. One extra trick worth noting that this car has that a Mach 1 wouldn't is the eLSD - the SS 1LEs have rear differentials with electronically controlled clutch packs that really let you put the power down coming out of corners.

Other difference worth noting with a new Supra is the room inside the cabin. I'm around 6'2" and can get really comfortable in a Camaro. The Supra - not so much, it felt like I was sitting in a Miata in there. So if you're a taller person, make sure you sit & drive around in a Supra before you pull the trigger on one.

Paid MSRP for my 2022 1SS 1LE earlier this month. It sits in my garage with only 47 miles today. Can't wait to get it broken in and see what this beast can do!

With a channel called TTC, wasn't sure about how this review of a Camaro would be. Arguably the best review of the Gen 6 Camaro on YouTube 👍🏽

It’s beyond me why this car didn’t sell so good compared to dodges and mustangs. I guess cause the corvette is even better than Camaro that they decided they didn’t need it anymore. So sad. I’m never selling mine!

Love the RED seatbelts. You two did a terrific job on this video.

Just ordered my 21 2SS 1LE in satin metallic, exactly 55K. Can't wait! Sold my 21 Challenger Scat Pack to do this so I hope it's worth it. I loved that Scat Pack widebody.

The price of the new Mach 1 and 350 is way more than the 2SS 1LE.... I have the 21 1SS 1LE and absolutely love it. Mustangs are on every street corner when you pull up to an intersection....

The SS 1LE is one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. The suspension and brakes are top notch. Test drive one on a curvy road and you’ll thank me

I just ordered one of these (well, a 2SS 1LE, but whatever). It'll be my third Camaro, but my first in well over a decade. Coming from a 2000 Z/28 as my last, it's insane how far they have come with these cars. I'd heard nothing but whining and griping about how it is fat, or it's cramped and difficult to see out of. I can't help but feel these people are coming from Camry's or something, because that's just the way these cars are...and I felt perfectly comfortable taking one out for a test spin having absolutely zero experience in it. It felt shockingly nimble and exciting to drive - a riot, even. It had NO lack of tail-happiness. Honestly, a ZL1 is an absolute monster, but it made me wonder: "do you REALLY need much more power in these things?!" - unless you're racing, of course.

Thanks for the fun, no-BS review!

I don't think you will find that car for 40, 000 dollars today. Maybe a used car with a lot of miles. Thank you for the video sir.

I've had this car, convertible 2ss, since Aug 2020. And I'm telling you reading this right now. I've driven every car under the sun from every decade....

THIS CAR IS It's perfect. 100% perfect. I wouldn't change ANYTHING. It will blow ur mind. I'm not exagerating

Nice review! I have an '18 1SS 1LE I got brand new for $39k. That was good timing! I'm pretty sure you can order one for $45k right now, it's almost the same price as they sell for used. Probably a 9 month wait or so I'd guess. I'm a fan of the new Mach 1, but the price ruins it for me. Coulda got a 350 for a similar price, but otoh the 350 isn't exactly reliable. SLE is pretty hard to beat all things considered.

Alcantara and all the faux suedes can be cleaned just like any other synthetic fabric, but it's gotta be done regularly. If you clean it, it will look like new for many years. My car has about 28k miles on it and the interior looks like new.

It's hard to fully appreciate this car without driving it at 10/10ths. The car just gets better the faster you go and it's predictable at the limit. It also has an optional GMPP autox tune for the rear e-diff available, combined with GMPP solid rear cradle bushings from the ZLE, makes this car excellent for autox.

This car has an oil cooler, transmission cooler and a rear differential cooler, its built for ALL day track use, I put mine to the test at Mid-Ohio, and the car barely broke a sweat.
One of the best handling cars on the planet, you'd actually have to step up to the ZL1 1LE to feel a noticeable difference, and that one starts at $73, 000.

Not to mention that the rear differential is the electronic limited slip diff out of the Corvette.

You really get ALOT of performance for the dollar with the 1LE package.

Solid review. The Camaro SS is so underrated especially in the 1LE trim.

Good job...glad to see you drive it like you stole it. My 19 Black 1SS 6 speed Tremec hauls ass and is super comfortable. Only paid $34k. Kinda hard to beat the value. On the other hand, by adding a smaller pulley to a ZL you could easily accelerate like the new Z06 for a lot less money and still row your own gears. So I'm leaning toward buying the ZL 6 speed instead of the Z06.

One of your best videos! All I can say is WOW! I’m surprised how much you both liked this car. Looks like you guys should own one!

Oh, and the red seat belts rock…..and I’ll bet they work better for the color!!! 😁
