On the subject of stupid items, I'm tired of Scrap putting ionic spark on Powder and Ziggs

for a statstick, IE isn't actually that bad
compared to hoj, IE gives 35% AD and 35% crit, whereas hoj gives 30% AD (when above 50% hp) and 20% crit
hoj also gives omnivamp, but draven is a backline unit unlikely to make the same use out of omnivamp as someone like smeech is

I think there is an exception with the augment that changes ur crit chance into AD. Then I believe IE gives more AD than DB, but without the 8% dmg bonus.

People keep watching videos like this one and then lose 80 HP waiting for the last PvE round with 15 components on their bench, cause they saw a reel about BIS items they need. Honestly waiting for BIS item is the most common mistake I see in my elo. Everyone who does that keeps going bot 4

I dont see how its bad. Like sure he can already crit but this will basically make EVERY hit crit..which is good? Plus a bunch of ad

It's not amazing on him by any means but its still minus delta. If it was that bad it would be very high plus delta. Plus ie is good on stuff like twitch and corki which youd normally be playing with a draven itemholder.
