Scribing Skills for Healers are broken on Live Gold Road Chapter of Elder Scroll Online

This is a summary of the bug that was reported for Healing Contingency and Soul Burst Scribing Skills on PTS and remained on live making the configuration of skills most suitable for healers not viable in the end gave PVE content such as Trials. Hopefully the issues gets on the radar of Zenimax Online Studio and gets addressed.

That's the same issue that Powerful Assault had when it came out... Took two years for it to get fixed.

We've just been using menders bond instead where possible for these. It's annoying that it's still bugged.

Not surprising at all. Zos never thinks these things through and thoroughly. They don't play their game at all and do not care about pvp or the game in general.

That sucks. Targeting has been broken so often for different sets and skills, at least they should know how to fix it by now.

Scribing was doomed from the beginning. It will be even worse for Pvp.

Yeah, this what we found on pts too. The targeting is terrible. I was super disappointed because the skill looks like it should be an awesome way to shake up the meta.

If they had just given the skills the Vigor/PA smart cast treatment, it would have been perfect. As the skills stand there are almost none of the skills that are good enough to replace any existing skills.

aaand once again players have to fix bugs and adapt to them like with every new update/change...
ZOS does not even listen to pts feedback or is not able to understand or have the passion to fix it in time...

So hopefully in half of a year we have it working like it should. Sorry, but this is pure incompetence by ZOS and this is also why the game stays random and casual only.
The game will only be good for lore roleplayers and housing Fans.. sad but we should not use the new scribing then.

the only smart buff i know is PA rest is like it is "suprise" ? and even if you point in on forum you think they will change it (like you where born yesterday)?

It sad to have scribing to be pay to win where it extremely grind especially when is not bound to all characters is pathetic and a skip for me, it just going to be another crown to spend to unlock on all characters and with necromancer still be so weak, it just make the dlc and the whole road upcoming very sad and incomplete.

You only have the community to blame.
The game has been transformed where you don't need to have 'skill' or be 'good'.
You just need to farm the right gear and use a couple of skills to proc everything.
The game used to be based on timing, combos, movement and Ani canceling ability.
Now.. just press 1 skill and watch everything else happen for free.
The game plays for you now.
And it's the crying community that doesn't like to learn anything, they just want it handed to them.
You all killed the game.
