Secret invasion had everything to be the big plot for the next phases instead of the Multiverse plot. It upsets me how this seems like a fraction of how massive this event should be

Comic fans knew this wasn't going to work. You can't have a galactic level event told on a street level without 90% of the important characters from the original story absent. Secret Invasion is a very important event that they're trying to shoehorn in-between a fragmented MCU.

Grace I'm really glad you are such a comic fan that you can see how much they are wasting iconic storylines. I don't even want to get into how much they wasted both Mighty Thor and the Gorr arcs but just add this one to the pile of wasted potential.

Either way, I"m glad you can review these as a real comic fan as well as business person. It's very much appreciated and I think that the MCU sheen has worn off even for superfans like yourself. For many of us they've truly worn out their welcome by taking us for granted with half hearted, cheap product they assume we'll eat up with no standards.

I really worry about this kind of stuff because Mystique is one of my favourite characters and I'm getting very concerned that by the time she comes around in the MCU there's going to have been so many shapeshifters that it would be insane for anywhere not to have defences against that kind of superpower.

Mostly concerned about the "cheap" critcism because i've had that issue with most of the Marvel Disney+ shows. They always feel slighty off in terms of not being cinematic enough despite the budget.

All of the Marvel Shows make you feel like there's something juicy coming in the next episode or next few episodes but it never materializes.

I had a feeling that this was gonna be underwhelming. They wouldn't have delayed it as much if they were very confident in it. Secret Invasion should've been an Avengers Movie, or the idea I pitched was a Captain Marvel sequel to juice it up like they did Cap America with Civil War. Making a 6 episode series on a Disney+ budget was a stupid idea to begin with.

Nick Fury running to ground when he discovers the invasion cause he doesn’t trust or want to risk any of the heroes is pretty much exactly what he did in the comics too

I thought Andor was a 10/10. I loved it from Episode 1 so I think this is for me. Let’s see
