I do like what this song seems to be getting at. Certainly praise God that He loved me enough to die for me. However, I would say "There's ALWAYS love in the heart of God" not "only" because, for instance, "Jesus wept." (John 11:35) or when the Bible (Ephesians 4:30) speaks of grieving the Holy Spirit. But, God definitely does love us and want us to repent and have a personal relationship with Him.
