Thank you for this video!! This is the reason I started enjoying my walk on the treadmill! Put my head phones on and listen to the natural sounds of a walk. Music wasn't getting it. Wanted to be "outside" it's rare I get to do that. This is my answer and I come back to it every day. Doesn't get old. Think I will try out your other videos! Thank you!!
