STORY:

Her parents didnt even care she was in a coma, they asked the doctor if her reproductive organs are still intact, and when the doctor said yeah, they became relieved. They only care about her as a means to carry on their bloodline since they gave birth to her for the sole purpose of reviving their family magecraft. Iirc, when she was born, they implanted a bacteria that enhances her magecraft, but that bacteria was destroying her slowly. That bacteria was derived from Zouken Matou's penis worm thing that messed Sakura up in the Stay Night universe if im not mistaken

From the character information of this servant, it seems its Noble Phantasm depends on its master's knowledge, being able to literally create doomsday scenarios.

The show would've ended in the first episode if Zouken were its master, instead of Tsubaki.
