What's with all the haters? I am loving this because every manufacturer will now have to innovate to stay with or exceed Kawasaki. I can't wait to see Yamaha and Suzuki answer Kawasaki. As a loyal Ducati rider with several that I own, I would love to see a 1300+ cc supercharged Ducati Superleggera one day. I thank BMW with the HP4 for upping the ante and starting an all out performance race to the top.

 Kawasaki, I admire your courage and forward-thinking. You carried the baby Ninja when nobody else was making a 250 for American shores. You came out with the 300 which helped spur-on the small-sportbike market, and now the H2.

How about a mid-sized sportbike with a *triple* engine and upscale parts? Small bike features, big bike sound and not just for beginners!

If you listen closely in the middle of the corners it has the distinct "less-than-4-cylinders" noise that Tom Sykes WSBK zx10r has.  this must be using the same technology to make the bike rideable through corners without coming off the throttle too much.

So question. What is the purpose of this bike? Is it going to be mass produced? Do they plan on actually racing it in FIM or AMA Superbike? If so how would they get away with having a supercharger on the motor? Don't any bikes that race in either of those series have to be non-boosted? Just curious. I figured it was a limited run hey look what we can build bike and that is it.

Why does a track only bike like the Ninja H2R have tail lights?

Can anybody explain to me why it is 100 pounds heavier than predecessors and how does it compare time wise in strait line and track tests? Yes, I know it has a Super charger but but I doubt very very much that the unit weighs more than 25-30 pounds.
