When I worked in a cafe I remember we had a lady come in who was originally just going to have drinks, but then she found out we had gluten free bread. I have never seen anyone so *pleased* to have tea and toast. We were in a fairly rural part of the UK and when I was making small talk with her she told me we were the first place outside of Costas that actually had gluten-free options for her.

Also, FYI; if you don't have gluten intolerance/allergies don't do gluten free diets. There's no health benefits to it - in fact there's evidence to suggest that it's actually bad for you.
