For your shoes. I normally put stain remover on my white converse and let it set for about 20 minutes or so and then wash it off in the sink and then put it in the washing machine alone. Works well, I do it all the time!

I'm a size 4/5 and I love that I can buy shoes from the kids section, saves you so much money!

You can just put the shoes in the washing machine but if you're a bit nervous you can put them in a pillow case and then in the washing machine. That's what I do and when they dry they are like brand new again!

I alwaaaays throw trainers in the washing machine! Just put them in a pillow case and they'll be fine; I've got white Nike Thea's which I stupidly decided to wear on a night out and they got so filthy but washing machine brought them up (almost) like new!

LOL. Shoes from the kids section. If only I could. I'm a girl and size 7. Haven't been able to wear kids shoes since I was 11 😂

you can put trainers in a washing machine but sometimes can ruin the fabric (if you do it too often), so best to put them on a delicate wash

On the rubber part of them you can use a tooth brush and tooth paste to scrub them clean, I'm not sure about the cloth but I do that with my converse all the time

You can def put them in the wash! Just take the laces out and let them air dry (don't put them in the dryer) and you should be good. You can even use stain remover on them!

The weight watchers biscuits range are mostly 85p in Tesco at the mo-they are in Bridgend anyway 😀

I always just put my shoes in the wash. They come out brand new 😊

I always hand wash my/kids trainers with warm soapy water or warm water with a little laundry detergent in!! 👍🏼

It's better not to put shoes in the washing machine but if you use baking soda and water and a toothbrush it works really well for white shoes even toothpaste I've heard on the soles works too!

Toothpaste is good for whitening any nike ticks that are on trainers, not sure about the actual fabric of the shoe but i would be worth a try, just use an old toothbrush and scrub the shoe or tick with the toothpaste and then wash it off! I always put my nikes in the washing machine and leave to air dry and its fine xx
