I love the tools you come up with. Absolute top quality. Fantastically engineered. Made in the USA. I wish the big tool companies would follow your example

$68 isn't bad for a product like this in my opinion. Made in the USA and it helps support the growth of Fireball Tools, we need more startups like this if we ever want to escape the disposable era we are in.

You should drill and tap a 3/8 hole in the end of the handle to accept a bolt. Making it a sacrificial bolt that you can replace. So you don't ruin the end of it with the hammer knocking off the bb's that won't come off. (Not saying it would make it a chisel) you wouldn't want to beat/ break the bolt.

Great looking new tool. I think I need an a hole handle for hanging it up. And a bottle opener too. I have to get me one.

That’s sweet I’d add a bolster on the end for striking with a brass or copper mallet for more stubborn bbs but a sand hammer or leather hammer will work with that. Maybe a brush attachment in the future for people that like that built in (not me). I’ll be picking one up, cheers!

Much better looking than my chunk of file welded to a steel rod. For the slag in the nozzle you can make them last months if you start with a new nozzle. give it a good coating with the spatter spray in and out. do a bunch on shorter welds, coating the nozzle each time. The important thing is to not use metal to clean it. I always used the pinky finger on my glove to just brush it away. If you always season it that way you'll build up a good coating, just never let day shift use them or they're toast. Longest I made one last had to be 9 months in a production environment. I rotated two nozzles don't want to overheat the seasoning, the spatter may stick. Swapping help solve that.

When I get that million dollar job I'm buying Jason's entire lineup of USA made tools. Not to get political, however my 2022 resolution is to purchase as much USA made tools as possible from here on out for my small shop. It just makes sense. Thanks Jason for all you do for us.

You could have a different scraping edge and make it a gasket scraper too. I have a couple carbide gasket scrapers and really like them. Great looking tool!

Handy lookin tool.
I love it when a weld goes to plan
and the slag peels itself off
in one whole cap.

I don't weld or own a plate, but it looks so useful even someone with no use for one wants one...

Great for machinists and metal fabricators. With different shaped blades, it would be great for woodworkers, furniture re-finishers, ... Basic idea is great. Now add attachments. Thanks for the video. Jon

It is great to see making huge improvements on tools that haven’t changed in decades.

I really like this. One thing I'd suggest is to make blades available with a carbide edge, for really tough spatter & BBs

Very cool! I love the half Stanley knife blade design of the chipping blade. When I get into welding again I might have to get me one of these 🤔😊😊😊😊👍👍👍👍

I use a piece of flatbar welded to an old mill planer blade, or chipper blade if you can get one.

Great tool, any chance you can offer USPS shipping? I’ll have to pay 84 bucks in shipping on top of the 68 for the tool just to get to Alaska. Cost prohibitive.
