Me and my 2 kids have finished Zombie Kidz and Zombie Teenz, and they're easily their most played games. Getting the Flashback game is a no brainer.

What age were the kids you played with ? Would this be suitable for a 5yr old who completed Zombie Kidz?

Seems like the insert is an attempt to reduce the amount of plastic used. A shame that it doesn't work

Oh wonder if this will be a hit for us! Loved Zombie Kidz Evolution’s art and theme (and the dang insert!) but thought the game play was a repetitive snooze. Kids never really asked for the game. But we loved MicroMacro Crime City. Though I’m no so into games that aren’t replayable, even though you are paying for entertainment for the hours you do play. We have Kids Chronicles Quest for the Moonstones and that bugs me about it, especially since it has awesome components and a great world. Seems wasteful with the great board and cards.

Our son also had nightmares from Plants v Zombies but loves Zombie Kidz and agree the art is more goofy and fun. For anyone concerned about the zombie theme (as I was), don’t hesitate on this or Zombie Kidz evolution. Picked up Flashback today and we love ZombieKidz Evolution here!
