It got really bad after my husband though.so my Dr prescribed some meds to.help with nightmares and with sleeping.i found my mom passed away and those images will never leave my mind.

A few years ago, not sure how many though, but I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. And one night when my mom heard me snore, she realized that I stopped breathing for 10 seconds before resuming snoring. But what really worried her even to this day is what would happen if I stopped breathing for more than 10 seconds? So we went to see a specialist to see what he could do, after seeing him, we came back home with a resmed. A resmed is supposed to help people with sleep apnea to help control their sleeping. But I refused to wear the mask and I still do to this day. I do not like the idea of sleeping with a mask even though it could help me sleep better.
