Finishing KIIP and Getting the F2-7 Visa

An explanation of the KIIP program and applying for the F2-7 visa based on my own experiences.

KIIP program website:

To create an account go to the top right and click 회원가입
After you make an account you can go to 사회통합프로그램 on the homepage and click 사회통합프로그램 신청

HiKorea website:

On the homepage click on "form"
Confirmation of Residence/Accommodation is the form you can include with your housing contract if it's not in your name.

Also, the form at the very top of the page is the application form you need when you apply for F2-7

Things you need for F2-7 visa:
1. 신청서 (application)
2. visa photo
3. passport
4. ARC card - they will KEEP it, so consider making some copies before for personal reference.
5. 집 계약서 (and the accommodation form if you need it)
6. 고용계약서 원본 (original work contract)
7. 근로소득세 원천징수 영수증 - You will need to get this from Jan-Dec of the most recent FULL calendar year. This is something you will need to request from your job(s) you had that year.
8. 한국어 능력 - so either your proof of TOPIK score or the 2 documents you print from KIIP when you finish level 5.
9. fee 100,000 for the visa, 30,000 for the new ARC (This is my estimate, maybe bring a little extra in case)

*** There are other ways to get points such as studying in Korea, volunteer work, having work experience in your home country etc. I did not get points in these areas, so please make sure to research your situation well! #SaraFlara

So is it mandatory to have a job contract for applying this F2-7 VISA?

can a person with an E6 visa or entertainment visa apply for the F2-7 visa if they have enough points ? for examples models or people doing work like that using E6 visa or entertainment visa?
