Finally! A Channel that makes educated statements about investing. There are too many youtubers that claim to be "investors", when all they do is buy stocks because of their high dividend yield and not even care about the company's financial statements or other important factors. And they're only sucessfull in bull markets, where everything is increasing in value. I mean, dividends for passive income are great, but blindly purchasing shares because of it, it's a recipe for disaster IMHO. BTW Love your channel man. - Outsider CEO is someone who increase the company value per share.
- They are skilled investors. They know how to allocate capital to profitable projects.
- They are shareholder oriented, not oriented to grow his own assets. (Skin in the game).
- They Decentralize. Remove the middle management, and have a flat hierarchy.
- They focus on long term cash flow. And invent their own metrics.
- They are frugal, do not spend money on glamorous things. Cut costs. Minimize expenses.

I think is more accurate that other measures.

Nice video. A point of note is that for Australian investors, dividends from Australin companies are not taxed twice. This does make dividend investing, and reinvesting more profitable compared to other countries.

The company tax paid, is given back to a tax paying Australian shareholder, which means it is effectively taxed at the individual's tax rate only.

Hi, I recently encountered a problem, I had invested in a company some time back after doing proper fundamental analysis. It started falling in price and it reduced to 55% of it's original price. I had read that you should "cut your losses short", so I sold it's shares. The next day, it grew by18% and is tremendously growing from that day. I am not able to understand what did I do wrong, what should have been my thought process at that time??
