The plaintiff says he and the defendant have dated on and off for the past 20 years. The defendant gave the plaintiff a dog while they were together. However, the plaintiff alleges the defendant tried to get the dog back. During the exchange, the defendant had the plaintiff falsely arrested and ended up with the dog, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff is the one who stole her dog, and when she tried to get him back, the plaintiff physically attacked her.

Sadly the Oakland Police Dept does have a lot of issues. One issue being if you do call 911 their response time can run up to 20 minutes.

The Defendant seems to think EVERYONE is after her("the Police, the Plaintiff, her sister"). Then she gives the dog back to him, after saying she left the state BECAUSE of him?!? Poor dog.
