Had an LCI for 4 years now. 27k miles, been to the alps to many tracks and I still love how it drives. It’s a nutter of a car, currently running Michelin ps4S, braided brake lines, ferodo ds2500 pads, stage 2 bm3 with upgraded charge pipes FMIC and VRSF sports cat, sounds nuts and goes nuts. Still love it.

Just sold my M2C recently to make some funds available for my first house. Just wanted to say thank you for all your insights over the past year or so man, your channel has been a godsend.

Picking up one of these beasts today. 4 year old with 20k miles and 1 owner. I saw one a few years ago on a weekend break where some dude parked it up just as I walked past and turns out he'd just bought it the day before. Spoke to him and had a good look around it. Had wanted one ever since.

Great video - love seeing others that are also in love with the M2C - I sold a M4 (too big) Went to a Porsche 917S that became as you say a garage queen. When a M2C came available with a canceled order at my BMW dealer I jumped on it and just logged one year w. it as a daily driver. I can tell you every day I get in this car I can not wait to drive her. She is the ultimate M car in my opinion.

Fully agree about the DCT and being daily mate. A lot of people make out like manual is the only option for an M car. There seems to be this air of grandeur, as if you almost need the skill of F1 drivers of old to drive a car with a manual box.

Also had my m2c for two years, brilliant car.
Just fitted a set of conti winter tyres, transformed the car and they give full confidence in the UK winter months

This is an exceptional example of a video someone you don’t know made about the car you just bought and makes you to feel you did everything right. Thanks for your open and authentic style, this is one of the best ways to motivate yourself to buy an f87 M2c. ❤

Have had my OG M2 from new for 4 1/2 years now and can’t find anything to replace it with for sensible money - bang for buck and smiles per mile they are brilliant - if you want fast then electric will out sprint anything - but who wants a car with no soul?! The M2 is a great package for our roads - fast - small and manoeuvrable - Love ‘em!😃👍

M2C is a sweet spot of a car. Small. Fast. Engaging. Useable. Not too expensive. Good looks. What else for the money does all that!?
My mum has a Porsche 718 Spyder. It’s fabulous but my M2C is more of a hoot at road speeds more of the time.it’s not all about outright speed, it’s about how the car makes you feel and that’s where the M2C is hard to beat.
I just need Ohlins & SS top mounts for a more compliant ride and a better front end. Happy days

Had mine for 18 months and like you I really don't want to sell it. Looking forward to driving the new M2.

M2 Competition is surely a keeper for sure. Like E46 M3. It's M Dynamic mode is so addictive. The daily usable chassis, the minimal but thick interior, and even the chunky door always invite out for a fun drive on B roads. It's a brilliant car that BMW don't make often. Mine is almost 30, 000 miles, has no sign of aging. Not at all.

I am at the same point as you. Owned it for 4 years now. Did 10 drift days with it. I dont know which car can replace it, im still hooked and very satisfied with it. Thats why i will now not daily it any more and i think, keep it forever. A Cayman is better in corners but worse to drift and everything else despite being more expensive is not as thrilling to drive or too expensive for me.

I feel your joy as a fellow M2C owner, they really do get under the skin! I think the M2 OG was blue for launch colour but the M2C was HS? Totally agree on the MPSS in the cold and wet, spin city even in third! Neighbour with an M2 OG said Michelin 4S with a slight increase in size transformed his so may investigate. Biggest shock for me was the ‘M-Tax’, jeez the parts really are massively more than say they m-lites (had a M135i) - the obvious being the exhaust rear section with circa £500 for the m-lite and over £2k for the M2C. Really liked the vlog on suspension secrets and considering them for a refresh of the settings as they seem to transform cars with their knowledge. As for what next (my car is also over 2 yrs old) like you I’m struggling but I do have an itch for a 6 pot manual Cayman - work commute (when ever I get back to office working) is only 5 miles away so the practicality is less of an issue. Finally, thank you for sharing the vlogs, they’ve been particularly useful given the challenges we’re all facing - good luck in the new year and hopefully upwards and onwards for you and the family. Cheers, Kevin.

F8x platform is under rated and I hope they stay this way to keep the price low so I can get back in. I sold my f80 m3cpz for a g80 and its souless compared to the f8x platform + s55 engine. great candid review !

We have similar likes in BMW's, only I went through the 2 series. Thought about selling my M2C several times but theres nothing out there that competes for the price and more importantly it still makes me look back at it. 😄

Traded my m340i a while ago for the m2c currently own. There’s no doubt this is so special. No other non real m car such the new m240i can coMpete to it. Maybe the new upcoming m2 in 2023, let’s see!!

Great overview of the M2 Comp. For around £40, 000 it's a bit of a steal at that price 👍

Lovely car, have seen you pass a couple of times in Stratford, probably on way to C&M. Cracking spec 👌🏻
