It's fact based that certain foods with dyes and refined sugars have caused diseases, like epilepsy. I've seen some neurologists at Rush Memorial Hospital have worked with keto research and it's effect on epilepsy. I have epilepsy, but mine isn't caused by dyes or refined sugars. To see it eliminated from an epileptic's diet and it stops their seizures is insane. Thank you for your platform.

Good thing my parents were too poor to buy any prepared food lol. Ate a lot of pasta with homemade sauce and ground deer meat, Buttered bread, chicken drum sticks.only thing we had processed was velveeta “cheese.”

My hubs grandma (born in the 1920s) made a comment when she saw something of mine that said organic. She said no one worried about all of that when she was young or having kids. All I had to say was, “That’s because everything available at the time was organic.”
