Out of the Lionsteel T5, M5 and the Saturn the Mimas, the Mimas is my preferred of the 3 by far.

I’m Scottish, German and French, but my stepfather was Italian (born in Italy actually), and this knife doesn’t surprise me with how refined it is. Being around Italians since I was a child, I know just how much they really appreciate the finer things, that are usually looked at as insignificant by the rest of us.
