Can i ask? I am incredibly unfit im not sure where to start. Is this for beginners. Like 250 pound sedentary beginners? I really am ready to chang and put in the work. But there are some things were i just haven't strengthened my muscle enough to do.

Just bought an AB Roller. What actually pulls the body up? Do I pull up with my core/abs and leave my arms loose? The arms do NOT play a role? Do I do the same for obliques? Thanks I appreciate your input. Gerry.

does this equipment provide support to lift yourself? I find it difficult to do abs exercise, i cant lift myself, cant do more than 3 if i am just flat on floor.
