This is a nice downscaled version of the championship set! Ideal for serious matches or serious analyses on the go and in style. The board's maple and walnut squares are not only beautiful. Maple and walnut are a great ice cream flavor!!😆The DGT 960 TravelTimer chess clock would go perfectly with it! I would love to play with someone on a train....especially the Shinkansen N700 Series bullet in Japan!!

Are the board's side margins also magnetic to keep the extra queens?

If you replace the felt bottoms with silicone or rubber, I imagine they'll stay in place on the board better without scratching it. You just can't slide them over the board like with felt.

Just received mine. There is a cracked Rook in my set, but WCC would not replace it!
