Look up HIGH vs. LOW CRANIAL TOP. It’s not just about face shape, but look at the difference between their head shape. The girl with witch skull has a very flat head while the girl with angel skull has high cranial top. You can’t control this. It would require surgery to change your head structure, I don’t know if it even exists. Girls with low cranial top can make various hairstyles with volume on top to imitate high cranial top which makes face look smaller and your features more delicate. Most female celebrities have high cranial top= Angel skull. There are only some who don’t but their faces are usually perfect oval, Skinny, great jawline + amazing facial features so they don’t need it.
